Robert Michel

Robert Michel has more than 40 years of industrial and project experience, including the past 20 years in the mining industry. His mining work has focused primarily on supporting junior mining companies through development studies, economic evaluations, and project decision support.
Before founding RME Consulting, Robert spent eight years with MTB Project Management Professionals, Inc., supporting mining study work and economic evaluation. He has also supported the Lumina Group’s project economics and evaluation work for the past ten years.
Earlier in his career, Robert held a range of technical and management roles in manufacturing, including process metallurgy, quality assurance, production management, plant startup, and project management. That range of backgrounds contributes to RME’s practical, disciplined approach to model review, project economics, and decision support.
Tolli Grisham

Tolli Grisham brings more than 30 years of manufacturing and quality leadership experience to RME Consulting. She began her career in plant-level quality engineering and retired as Corporate Supplier Quality Manager at Eaton Corporation.
She has a decade of experience as functional lead for a proprietary, company-wide software system, directing enhancements, shaping solution design, and leading user acceptance testing. She also led KPI reporting and data visualization, guiding the development of Power BI tools, and has extensive experience developing and delivering adult-learning programs in both in-person and digital settings.
At RME, Tolli leads RME’s industry-facing training, development, and technical product initiatives. She supports project execution with a strong focus on quality, process discipline, and detailed review. Her background strengthens the firm’s commitment to reliable work, clear documentation, and consistent project support.
